PCOD Treatment

I have been taking Pcod Homeopathy treatment from a doctor since last three years but i still do not have regular periods.
I have high high tsh and m overweight also facing problem of unwanted hairs and little bit of acne.

I am suffering from heavy bleeding n back pain since last four months.

Bleeding has not stopped for last four months.
My age is 22 and weight is 78 and height 164 inches.
Left ovary size:2.2 X 3.1 X 2.4 MMS
Right Ovary size:2.3 X 4.1 X 2.4 MMS
TSH:12.042
Also can I continue current Homeopathy treatment with the medicine suggested by you or should I switch to alopathy.

I am concerned ,please guide.
