Panic Attacks and Anxiety!

Please tell me the correct and power full remedy to stop panic attack.
The power full remedy using in emergency to stop panic and anxiety and thinking.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Main remedy for acute panic attacks is aconite. take a 39 potency every fifteen minutes for three to four doses.

Acutally this is not true. Aconite is just one of many remedies for panic attacks. If you look at Anxiety in the repertory you will see hundreds of medicines listed. The anxiety must be defined much more precisely for a medicine to be chosen.

I cannot count the number of people who have gone through my clinic who were told Aconite will cure their anxiety, and not one of them actually had Aconite-type anxiety. *shakes head*

Answer : Male, 23 Years, Unmarried.
1. Describe your main suffering?
Answar : Anxiety and every time vertigo from 3 Years. Stomach Problems from Childhood.



2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Answer : Fear of death, fear of people (can not see faces), shortness of breath, nervousness, weak memory, anemia, weakness, weight loss.



3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Answer : Yes, when hear bad news about murder, about death, then i have panic attack with trembling and think i will dying. When i have stomach problems like gas, empty stomach, stomach pain and burning and when feel vertigo then panic attack comes which make me worst.


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Answer : When I heard sad news, vertigo, temblings, then cannot stand and walking that i am falling, feel unbalance the body, fear of falling, cannot control of my thinking, fear of people faces, head jumping, shortness of breath.



5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Answer : It start in Sept. 2007. I have only stomach problems (constipation) from childhood and body weakness. In Sept. 2007, i had some panic attacks due to family miss behaiver, abuses, disheart from my family and relatives because they said I am so weak and i cannot able to complete my works, so one night i was very sad and was weeping then i have panic attack like I am dying, a sensation appeared in my foot to head and then more.....


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Answer : I feel worst after breakfast at the morning, it aggravates from 9AM to 12AM. But mostly at evening and night time my symtoms of fear aggravate.



7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Answer : Aggravate : Breakfast at the morning, empty stomach walking, after evening to morning, vertigo, darkness, looking people faces, death news, bad news.
Ameliorate : After eating, after drinking, at morning when wake up, going from home to another place, in open air, in raining.



8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Answer : External stimuli : Stress, when to go interview, when talking, and go to doctor's room, in crowd.
Internal biological changes : Dyspepsia, Flatulance, Indigestion, Acidity, chest pain, vertigo.



9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Answer : Better in humid weather. I like raining weather without thunderstorm.



10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
Answer : I do not want to meet the people, do not want talking, weak memory.
I am very sad and thinking about myself all the time, Moody, Foolish, Arrogant, Ignor the people, Nervous, Suspicious, Quiet, Irritating, Lazy.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Answer : Yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? Answer : Yes i m very sensitive mostly from light noise at evening and night.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless weeping, talking to one self etc? Answer : Only give movement to the body like foot, head if no then i can not control my body and head, I have fear that if no movement then i will fall, vertigo.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? Answer : When i have anxiety then i ignor them but when feel better then wants them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Answer : Fear of death all the time.



12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Answer : Crave : Sweets, Milk, Meat, Rice, and Mostly vegitables. Aversion : Tea and oily bread.




13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Answer : Less

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? Answer : Excessive but can not eating. I eat very less.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? Answer : Tea, Breakfast, Rice.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? Answer : Less. Sweat in head and backache.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Answer : First time constipation go to toilet after 3 days. But then dysenty and colic pain and very soft stool mean not normal. Some time constipation and some time dysenty with diarrhea.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? Answer : I am very sleepy but sleeping time is very less. Can not sleep because of fear. I am not satisfied from my sleeping.


19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? Answer : No, i have Seminal Emissions (Spermatorrhoea).

20. What peculiar or strange sensation do you have in any part of your body at times? Do you sometimes feel ‘ as if…..’ in some part of the body? Answer : Foot sleeping like ants walking on foot, I give movement all the time to my head and foot. i can not control my head due to vertigo. I cannot see to one object if see then give with head movement.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? Answer : Aconite 200, Lyco 200, Arg Nit 200, and much more because i am a student of DHMS so i practice on myself.
Aloepathic medicine: I can use some time aleopathic medicine in emergency like xanax, brolite, frisium etc. which make me dizzling and sleepy.


22. What major diseases are running in your family? Answer : High blood pressure, blood sugar, Hepatitic C, Rhinitis Allergy, Skin Allergy.


23. Describe, how do you look like? Answer : Thin, very weak and weight 50 Kg.
