Uterine Fibroid
my wife has enlarged uterus with 5 cm fibroid. pain, stomach ache and weight gain during onset of bleeding. get normal after bleeding starts. sinus type head pain from right eye to right ear. feeling vertigo during head ache.1. age/sex/country/climate : 46 yrs/female/india/kerala/hot
2. current complain : as mentioned above. since last 11 yrs.
3. current medicine being taken : under treatment of traditional homeopath last six years.
when treatment started the cyst size was 2.5 cm. now its
size is just double. last month stopped all such treatments
and taking fraxinus americana q 15 drops ( refer post of
dr. mahfoozur rehman in similar case). arnica 6c in
wet doze twice daily and nat phos 6x 4 tabs thrice daily (
refer post joe de levera) .
during menstrual cramps takes meftal spas tablet s.o.s.
4. sign and symptom of disease : irregular menstrual bleeding. stomach upset before
bleeding take place. red blood with dark clots. sever
right headache from eye to ear. varicose vines in both legs.
leg cramps during night.
5. brief medical history : married , have a male child of 23 yrs old. married life
happy.
6. family back ground : father had high bp and suffered stroke, died of heart attack.
7. education and profession : graduate, house fife.
8. desire and aversion of food : spicy rich fatty and non vegetarian.aversion from cold food and
water.
9. mind behaviour : organised personality, want everythings in their place neat and
tidy. get angry if not found such. lettle things make angry. dont
likely to be touched during menstrual period cycle. want to be
loved and appreciated. dont like to be contradicted. become
sad about past events of behaviour of others for several days.
capable and cannot appear in public. indifferent mood during
menstrual period. mind hurry and fearful.
10. what makes it worse and
what makes it better : symptom aggrate with anger, grief and nervousness. once
bleeding starts feels good and relieved of all sorts of sickness.
11. thirt/toungue/diabetic : less thirst/ tongue middle dark bluish/ not diabetic.

It seems that Dr. Mahfoozur Rehman is too busy to attend my post. Doesnt matter, I would welcome suggestion of other experts in this forum who can bring back health to my wife.
Reply of Dr.Rehmanji to similar post of other ailing women in this captioned matter tempted me to raise the issue with him.
Fraxinus Americana Q, 15 drop three times a day is giving my wife lot of relief. Water retention in her body has been reduced a lot; also feel certain relief from menstrual pain. Dr.Rehmanji also suggested for Pulsatilla 200, 5 drops at night after 4 days to that patient. Should I give her the same dose? What is this medicine for?
Sever right headache from right eye to ear is still persist and she also suffering from varicose vain in both the legs. Gets leg cramps very often during sleep at night. She uses to get sad and upset about past events of behavior of others for several days. And this makes her grief a lot and unable to recover from its setback for several days. Or otherwise energetic and enterprising and loves to manage household chores except during menstrual period.

Prior it was 20th -25th days span. But after taking Fraxinus period begun on 15th day with thick dark red blood.
2.For how long you have use my prescribed medicine.
Started from 1st September 2010.

Yes, Four times. Last test done on 21-09-2009.
Test Impression is :
Mild Fatty Liver
Normal GB,Spleen,Pancreas,
Kidney,UB
Bulky Uterus with mild
heterogeneous myometrium-
adenomyosis.
Approximate 5.9x4.2cm
fibroid posterior
myometrium extending
exophytically to the left
side.
Probe tenderness
epigastrium.
PVR=17CC
Uss Suggest adenomyosis with fibroid, showing subserous extension
(Size of the fibroid during September 2008 was 2.4x2.4cm, traditional treatment did not help at all)

About two days before the period start, water retention in the body take place with excessive flatulence and stomach bloating, cannot eat and drink any food due to nausea and vomiting, severe pain in the stomach,
irritating behaviour, frequent urination and passing of motion. All symptoms cease
immediately when bleeding starts.
6.Mention percentage of relief with medicine and names of medicine and their use?
Problem started with sever chest pain during 1994 and this pain extended to all
Joints later ,diagnosed as arthritis and used steroid called wysolone tablet for a
long period about 3 years. During the course of this treatment menstrual problem
started with heavy bleeding and other related symptoms as explained above. Advised for removal of uterus which we declined and controlled the menstrual cramps with Bararlgin 500 mg. Find poor result, again consulted and diagnosed as thyroid problem and taken supplementary hormone in tablet forms. During this time(Yr2000) at the age of 36 conceived for 2nd child which aborted on 4th month. Since then there was no menstrual troubles for about 8 years and whenever trouble take place use to take Meftal Saps 500 mg along with treatment from traditional local homeopath. All the treatment for fibroid was not effective hence stopped and reading your post started with Fraxinus Americana from 1st of
September 2010. Feels better, slight worn out feel and during last period bleed
thick dark red blood with less cramps.

Given only Fraxinus Americana Mother Tinture. Pulsatilla 200 not given. She takes Arnica 6c in wet doze twice daily to keep her fit and Nat Phos 6x after every meal to get rid of gastric
trouble.

My wife is craving for non veg foods. When she was under the treatment of local homeopath she was not allowed to take rich and fatty food chicken and meat also spicy food. She is generally restive and does all sort of household chores and averse to employ any maid to assist her. She demands rich food to keep her healthy to do all sort of household work. She is very particular in taking food in time and sleeps in time. After the Fraxinus treatment the period taken place twice in a month a lapse of fifteen days in between. Feels tired and wanted to have required non veg food to keep her fit. So please let me know she can have desired food she likes to have.

My wife started the Fraxinus A Q from 05-09-2010 by seeing a similar post of yours.
After that I posted a query directly to you through this forum and solicited for your valued advice. You have then prescribed to take Pulsatilla 200 - 5 drops once in a week.
Before starting Fraxinus the period was taken place usually 20-25 days span.
But after taking Fraxinus the period taken place 15 days span twice last month. Last period took place on 21.10.2010.
Puls 200 started from 25-10-2010 and patient was feeling better. But later observed that the period is delaying a bit, although 27 days passed since last one there is no visible symptom of the period and she is worried a lot.
Sever right headache, from right eye to right ear is still persist, worse now and entire right part of the body aches a lot.
The patient feels sleepy always, so I think the pain must be due to migraine.
Please let know any other medicine to be taken along with the present medicine.

Sir,
I forgot to mention about an unusual symptom found in your patient.
Found water retention in her right foot which swelled a lot about a day back. By lying on bed and keeping the foot little higher than the body level reduced the symptom.

dear sir, my wife have also utrine fibriod problem, her age is 40 now, and before 2 years she got operation of fiborid , we married before 6 months, and now she is pregnant, she feel some pain , so when we consult doctor after ultra sound multiple fiboride diagnosis, doctors suggests delivery will be done with surgery, becouse both of fiborids are below and obstruction in baby birth. after delivery doctors suggest to operate fiborids. but its in her heridity , so will again and again born. before fibrod diagnosis she felt nothing , peroids were regular, and its growth is rapidly.
