Systemic Candida? Need remedt please

Hi, I have been suffering from many symptoms for years, and only just recently have thought they may be conected. I suspect I have Candida or other yeast overload. My symptoms are:
1. Chronic, constant plaque psoriasis on my elbows and knees, and some more patches on my arms and legs occurring more recently. They are red and very scaly, are worse (itchy) at night (in bed) and I scratch til I bleed sometimes. It has been constant, no remissions, for maybe 4 years.
2. Chronic ear infections. Both ears are filled with smelly fluid, and when this dries it turns to scabs which are itchy, and I pick them out and the fluid returns. They are so itchy, the fluid is clear and also liquid dark brown/rust coloured wax, smells like rubber. Sometimes it feels like a small worm or moving bug is in my ears. I have to bore my fingers in to get relief.
3. Acne on the face, mostly chin and nose, only after drinking alcohol or eating a lot of sweet food. I crave alcohol and chocolate biscuits and chocolate milk. If I even have a drink or two I break out in red hot moist acne. I squeeze the pimples and clear fluid comes out, then a soft scab that peels off and the fluid returns until the pimples heal in about 2 weeks, longer if I drank on more than one occasion. I usually have clear skin if I don't drink.
4. Bad breath. It is worse when I have not eaten food. I tend to skip breakfast, although I brush my teeth, and I have a cup of tea with lots of milk and a few cigarettes. Even after brushing my teeth with minty toothpaste I have foul breath. It is better once I eat food.
5. I have no desire to sleep with my husband, and dread his touch as I feel pressure to have sex with him. I love him and am attracted to him but I feel too much pressure and feel it is my duty to have sex with him and this makes me not interested in sex.

I hope I have covered everything, please feel free to ask me any other questions.

Thanks,

Jade

I am a 29 year old female, studying natural medicine (western herbal medicine), just had a baby girl 4 months ago.

My main suffering has been psoriasis. The other symptoms have appeared more recently.
Please see above for other symptoms.

Mentally I feel stressed, and can not stand mess in the house or things unfinished. If I see mess I feel like everything is all too hard and I get depressed. I feel like I must keep on top of everything and although I am a good sleeper (10 hours a night) I sometimes take a bit of time to get to sleep thinking about all the little jobs I have to remember to do.

When my symptoms are at their worst, I feel very depressed, embarrassed to go out of the house, and like I am falling apart. I feel like my body is ruined and I should just live in this hell forever!

I first got a mild form of psoriasis (guttate) at about 14 years old, it went away on it's own. My mother died when I was 10 and I was having problems with my father and his new girlfriend whom I did not get along with. I had an abusive relationship (emotional abuse) from 17 to 22 years of age, and got very sick, lost a lot of weight, did a lot of drugs. I gave up everything and broke up with him, and my new boyfriend after that was better, I felt more free, but my psoriasis came back, the guttate form first, then turned into plaque form. It has not gone away since then. I developed a bit of a drinking problem with that boyfriend, and again got it under control. Then when I broke up with him, and met my next boyfriend (my husband now), I got the guttate psoriasis again, just a small rash on my chest, and again it went away, but the plaque psoriasis remains. The other symptoms have appeared since then. We have been together for 3 years.

The psoriasis is itchiest at night, when I take my clothes off in bed.

I can't really find a pattern as to when my psoriasis is better or worse as it is constant, and never remisses, but I do hate cold weather, and get really depressed in winter, and love hot weather, summer is my favourite season. I like summer rain and especially wind, but not humid weather.

I can be moody, but usually am positive, always making silly jokes and love to laugh even in serious situations, but I have swings to depression fairly easily if I feel it all gets too much.

Before a thunderstorm I feel excited in summer, scared in winter.

I need to be consoled in tough times, can not be alone.

Not really sensitive to external stimuli.

I do have a habit of talking to myself, well actually talking to an imaginary person. I also grind my teeth softly in time to music.

I love my family, daughter and husband, and try to look after them and help them as much as possible. Some would call me nagging/controlling.

I fear spiders and the dark, and being alone. I repeatedly dream of being on a train or in an elevator that goes sideways and wherever it wants.
I crave cheese, milk, eggs and biscuits/breads. I hate salt and eating fruit, though I love fruit juice.

Thirst is less, hunger normal.

Sweat is normal.

I have difficulty passing stools and anal fissure occurs repeatedly. I am constipated frequently although sometimes have diarrhea. I have strong urge to go but this disappears when I try to go and takes a long time.

I sleep well, 10 hours at a time, no broken sleep. I always sleep on my sides, left and right. I cannot sleep on my back or front although I want to sometimes, but it is uncomfortable.

I sometimes feel as though my head is in a vice, pressure on my temples. When I am in bed I sometimes get a strange feeling like my hands are very big and cupped/clasped, even when they are apart. I also get a sensation of someone loudly screaming and profound silence at the same time.
I have never taken medication but have taken liver herbs such as Milk Thistle and Dandelion. I tried taking a tea with nettle in it and was very nauseous.

My family diseases are cancer, asthma and my mother had psoriasis. Addiction to drugs and alcohol and gambling.

I am petite, dark hair and bright blue eyes, attractive, fair, fairly thin, but I am embarrassed of my appearance due to the psoriasis and acne.

I have not really had any major illnesses. Tonsilitis recurrent when I was a child, and a bout of severe gastroenteritis when I was about 16.

Thanks!
