weight reduction
Is there any good remedy for weight reduction and tummy.i have give birth for two kids after that , i got tummy.
day by day i am planning to excericses but not possible.
Really is there any remedy which reuces tummy and weight?
I don't have any alergies..
Please suggest me.

As you have started taking Calotrophis Q, continue this for a while.
You can do some special exercises for tummy.Please seek the help of a Physical therapist/fitness expert to learn these exercises.
Regarding diet, Avoid all junk,oily and fatty food.
Reduce the intake of refined sugar and pastries.
Include wholesome cereals.
Increase the intake of fibre rich vegetables.(Organically grown preferable).
Increase the intake of fresh fruits (organically grown).
These are some general guidelines, and if you need further advice, you may mail me.
