This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Continuous dose of any medicine is not recommended in Homoeopathy. However, cange in potency gradullay on higher side is always recommended with proper time duration.. I do not know in which potency you are using these two medicine and for what purpose. If you give case history of the patient then any advice can be given.

My father has prostate problem since around 10 years (urine retention in bladder) however, it has not caused any trouble. About 4 months back he got severe urine infection and had to take antibiotic injections to clear it. He is taking Thuja in 30 now (since 2 months)and is thinking if he can continue to take it for long time. He doesn't think he needs prostate surgery of any kind if he takes homeopathic medicine since he feels comfortable on homeopathic medicine.

So do you suggest that he starts taking Thuja in 6 and gradually every 2-3 months increase the potency?

Please advise.
