lung infection to kidney patient

My father is 79 and is a kidney patient for the past five years. Four years ago he got a pacemaker tranceplant because his heart was not functioning properly. He was on medication for kidney funtion and his creatnine was around 3.84 most of the times. For the past 23 days he was not taking any food and was having great difficulty in breathing. On 6th September he was hospitalized because he was completely out of breath. He was admitted to the hospital. His creatnine level was 10.6 and he was quite serious. They put him in CCU and later on dialysis. Till date he has got 5 dialysis. His creatnine level is now 4 but he has great difficulty in breathing. Now doctors say that he has some lung infection, but not responding to any anti biotics. His TLC count is increasing. It is 19,000 and he is not taking even any liquid diet. Kindly suggest some remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I think hospital management would not allow any homeopathic medicine unless they have homeopathic doctor who can give him homeopathic medicine after permission from her treating doctors.
