vocal cord dysfunction, female athlete

i am desperately seeking help for paradoxical vocal cord function. in my case, my vocal cords are closed/spasm when i am at rest (23 hours of the day) and only open with during extreme exertion (running very hard).

the symptoms are alleviated by sleeping. Taking a day off of training will result in dramatic increase of symptoms. coffee helps and wine helps. my diet is no wheat/dairy/soy and i eat meat sparingly.

other symptoms:
-dizziness from standing to sitting, while standing, while sitting, laying down with eyes closed
-burning eyes, blister on white part
-blocked nose/sinus: spongia tosta helps it drain
-extreme muscular fatigue
-extreme mental fatigue
-irratibility: worse with fatigue, noise, wind, dry, cold
-recurring fever/sinus infection that starts with fever rising from occiput, followed by extreme sore throat
-loose stools in the morning
-energy is much better in the morning and worse as the day progresses
-all symptoms better with humid heat and sun; winter is horrible

i have been taking aurum met 200c with some success (helps with clearing sinus, dizziness, sex drive, depression), but itching on the hands with no rash and pms-type of irritability have started because of it. aur met 12c was met with severe depression. bryonia alba, silicea, kali bich, carbo veg, sulphur have helped tremendously.

i really need help getting into balance because the only way i have to treat the VCD is botox injection to the vocal cords and the side effects are unbearable.

Please take homeopathic phosphorus 30c twice daily for three days only. Report after 15 days.

Guidelines:

1) Do not take anything solid or liquid for half an hour before and after the dose.

2) Try to avoid taking coffee, tea, alcohol on the day of medicine and a week following the medicine.

3) Try to avoid the exposure to mint based substances, camphor based substances and also strong smelling substances including incense and strong perfumes.

4) Stop with the dose that produces marked or significant improvement or aggravation and report appropriately.

5) Do not handle the pills(if drops use a disposable exclusive dropper) with hand. Tip the pills using the cap.

6) Do not take any other homeopathic medicine during this duration until further updates and avoid all OTC medicines except the medicines prescribed by your physician and emergency medicines.

7) Since your occupation involves heavy wear and tear prepare yourself mentally by yoga or meditation for 10 to 15 minutes at least in a day and also support your muscles by taking sports protein supplementation within 20 minutes of your training/working/sports session. This protein supplementation will help in repair of wear and tear. Possibly this will reduce muscular fatigue too.
