azoospermia

Dear Sir,

I am suffering for azoospermia, please find below my report
Age : 36
Hormone Assay Report: TSH=2.08, prolactin 412,
VDRL = non reactive
Semen Analysis: Semen Volume 3.0ML Color Whitish, Semen Consistency Fluid, Sperm Count Nil, R.B.C nil, Epithelial Cells Present (1-2/HPF)

Also I am suffering for asthma.

Please help me.
