Suffering from High Uric Acid, High Cholestoral & Triglyciride

Dear Sir/ madame..


My name is Arindom Ghosh & i am a regular visitor of this site .. My age is 40 , Non Smoker , Non Aalcoholic non veg staying in India . I am suffering from High Uric Acid, High Cholestoral & Triglyaciaride with Normal Sugar & Normal BP Pls find below my test report

1) Uric Acid : 6.6
2) Total Cholestoral : 243
HDL : 51
LDL : 154
VLDL : 38
TRIGLYCERIDE : 190
Cholestoral / HDL Ratio: 4.76
HDL/LDL Ratio: 3.02

I have already stopped taking Red Meat ( Mtton) , Butter, Chicken etc & Started exercising & Jogging .. Now pls advice medication & with complete dose

I Have stopped taking Animal Protein Like Mutton/ Chicken / EGG/ Raw Tomato/ Dal/ Soyabean

Exercise has become daily routine for me now

Now My Diets are as follows :

Break fast : 2 pcs Hand made Roti of wheat , 1 boul seasonal Vegetables & 1 Bowl Leafy veg

Lunch : 3 pcs hand made roti made of wheat with 1 bowl Mixed veg home made + 2 Cucumber

Evening 2 pcs banana

Dinner : 5 to 6 table spoon of Rice, 1 hand made Roti 1 plate salad without tomato 1 plate Fish curry + i Plate Mixed veg without Potato

Please try Natrum Sulph-6x(2 grain Powder per dose in water afterevery 3 hours)and report after 21 weeks after getting lab. test.
