Dear Venus, You can take 1 (single) dose of Calcarea Carb. 1M only for one single day. Do not take any other remedy or herbs on the next 15 days. Do not repeat it on the next 15 days. One dose means: Get a 500ml bottle of distilled water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 1 pill (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 1 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 15 times in a row (15 strokes of equal strength). Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succession which is done to enhance the medicinal power of the remedy. Please take only 2 drops of the reconstituted dilution of 250 ml using a disposable dropper. Please report back after 15 day. Restrictions: 1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy. 2/. If your remedy came in pills form do not touch the pills with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water. 3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption. 4/. Avoid wearing perfume or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense. 5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods. 6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor. Doc sir, These much days after i took calc carb 1 M. There is cold now also..Severe sneezing cough etc..nowadays its raining here.and i ve suffocation during nights heavily..i am better in hot weather...pls help me to overcome this condition..pls pls

helo doc, There is gud improvement in my immunity.I can feel tat i have started resisting cold , sun,allergents etc. i am writing this to inform u sumthn else . on wed morning there was bleeding while in toilet during passing stool.It was bright red watery not mixed with stool.there was no pain or any discomfort. i am really worried.this never happened before.and to specify.bleeding stopped after passing and returned on today morning.i am greatly worried.yesterday onwards i am feeling very weak.pain in legs pain in hip region etc.THis week remained really stressful at colege.My dad has got piles.pls help me..i believe in u...

Lifetime medical history.. Father Put on med for tension related prolems in young age… piles also affected him. underwent surgery for hernia one year before constipation is a main problem beter immunity to respiratory ailments Mother Schizophrenia patient two years after menopause. Taking med still for this. Was affected by respi ailments in young age Grandmother(mother’s mother) Asthma patient Died at age of 74 Sisters (2) Both are affected by tension. IBS Constipation Worried due to studies Both are having allergy like me.cough cold infection is very common All vaccinations are taken till date. Helo doctor... I think some symptoms are returning... The present condition as follows * periods late by 5 days in previous 2 months and they are painful again * itching and rashes returned * hairfall increased * allergy symptoms returning * gasping while walking,climbing up * fungal infection on skin like spread on upper back and chest itching also * slight joint pain * slight swelling in neck * mood swing,sudden crying * general weakness more sleep * drying skin.... these are just started and not in their peak.... doc,please tell what to do...i cannot tolerate this again....please cure it forever....i believe in u...i have university xms and after tht i will need to go for job.....pls cure it...this is frustrating me when returned.....i will get the blood tested if u need..pls inform... VENUS
