When varicocele is ok, naturally there wiil be no pain.
When the pain is too much, let me know for a suitable medicine.
My advice is that pl. do not waste time and immediately start taking medicine. Let me also tell you that no improvement from a particular medicine should not discourage you. A change to another one may be done, and if still no improvement, yet another. Yours is an old case. | | |

Hello Mr. sahai.....How r u?...I have been taking fluoric Acid from about 9 days 2 drops of med. In about small glass of water and feeling quite better also applying ticture.....it feels good but pain still returns some time also my mouth dries up quite frequently these days please see to it...How much medicine and for how much time should i take......Mine is a old case sir......thank you | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Please take 2 drops of Fluoric Acid, 4 hourly. You can even take directly from bottle in clean(no strong smell) mouth. In case there is much pain, take Pulsatilla 3, 2 hourly. When the pain is less, start taking fluoric acid again. How are you preparing tincture for external use?
I am not aware of the cicumstances and hence no comments on mouth drying up. | | |

I have made the tincture by mixing 10 drops in About 32 teaspoon of water and apply with cotton and also support with home made support eating belladona for pain prescribed by my homeopath....is it right please correct me if i have made the ticture wrongly.....Thanks | | |

To make tincture for external use, mix 1 dram(5ml) of mother tincture in 1 pint(500ml)of water. The spoon volumes vary with manufacturer.

1. Take Fluoric Acid, potency 3C or 6C(as available), 2 drops in a tea-spoon of distilled or boiled drinking water, 4 hourly.
2. Support the testes to avoid pull on the testes' spermatic cords. "Support" is a pouch for testes, supported by a ribbon around the waist.
3. Whenever convenient, apply compress of a lotion containing 2 tea-spoonful (5 ml) of Hamamelis Q(mother tincture) in about 1/2 litre of distilled/boiled water.
4. Avoid putting strong smelling things in mouth e.g. tooth paste, peppermint, raw onion/garlic, strong tea/coffee, strong spices, smoking etc. at least half an hour before and after taking the medicine. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Hello sahai i am not taking medicine for 10days now approx. and today pain is back..... :( and one more thing there was never a swelling etc only pain what shd i do ? Also i noted 1 thing that i had burning sensation in my penis while urinating or even while casual sitting that has also reduced after i left med. Since Fluoric Acid is creating undesirable side- effects for you, you take Hamamelis 6,3 hourly. If the pain is too much, change over to Pulsatilla 6,2hly.

Ok m sahai.....thank you....I have some kind of burning sensation after urination even sometimes sitting casually also it happens after masturbation also it is like feeling to urinate even when i hv done so it is ....in upper part of urethra that is penis......i have taken allopathy for urinary tract infection but no relief......please help me with this.....THANKS | | |

It was dysuria painful urination and infection i have given sample for urine culture...i have already taken antibiotic for 5days but it dtill persists |
