Boy age 2 1/2 yrs with bad skin rash..eczema?

Hi there, I m posting a pic of my son's rash, back of the thigh. Is this eczema? Can i give him sulphur 6C? WHat is the dose? He is healthy (born by unduction), 30lbs boy age 2 1/2yr. Good eater, good personality, active, strong, cheerful. habit of sucking finger and caress his hair while relaxing/sleeping. Was breastfed only for 3 mos, then with formula and baby food. pls help I dont want it to spread and become worse.. (his 5yr old brother started eczema at the same spot.)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
your undertaking task--better inform your self--as wha to do with response after dosing-otherwise you just mess the scene up.....if your bent on being doc--then read 'organon of medicine' samula hahnemann--get oreily version--turn to med administration section read reread---and start--all is in there--just be patient---most whom prescribe here anyway --dont read organon--so you get jumbled answers approaches---do it right
