anxiety and depression

I'm depressed from 3 years after I got divorced. I don't feel like going to work, taking care of myself, I get nightmares and thoughts of suicide, I have very low self-esteem, upset stomach, heartburn, acne, hair fall, red eye, gray hair. Overall I don't have interest in anything. I'm afraid of failure in whatever I do. I have no faith.
