Help for Post Trauma/ Abuse Anyone? Feeling Stuck, Unable to Move Forward or Make Decisions

Hello.

I will make this as simple as possible in the hopes that someone can advise me.

I was in an abusive marriage for many years. I gradually became isolated, frightened and lost a lot of self-confidence. I did not work as the abuse really did isolate me on all levels.

Now, I find that I have the opportunity to go forward, but I cannot decide what to do with my life. I realize that I am so afraid of making another mistake (as one mistake was moving to be in this marriage--I thought it was for a wonderful new life and I made a huge mistake.) I feel stuck as if my feet are glued in one place and my mind is in a mass of confusion and indecision.

I now feel a sense of apathy mixed with fear of going forward and making another mistake plus the trauma that the abuse has left me with. I am at mid-life (if that helps at all.) If you prescribe something...will you please recommend a dosage as well? Thank you.
