Something shooting up at the lower back of my head upwards

8 to 9 years ago, I was over weight and I used to do some times crash dieting for a month or so. Once during the exams I felt shivering in my smalles finger through out and since then would feel same shivering in my fingers when am anxious or angry. During the same exams time, one day I was studying. I was sitting in a sofa chair with legs crossed up. A friend of mine phoned me and I got up immediately for the phone to attend. When I came back I started memorizing the book chapter and started thinking that I need to finish it soon. Suddenly just like murcury goes up in a thermometer, I experienced something like that shooting upwards like mercury from the lower back of my head till parietals. After that my hands started really shivering and weak. I drank glucose drinks but didnot really work. Gradually towards the end of the day, shivering settled. But since then my hands are a bit shivery, lack of fine coordinating movements (like I cannot drive a car.I cannot concentrated on gears, brakes and steering at the same time), writing goes shaking,when I drink water esp. in winters my arms, neck and legs shiver, voice tremble when am angry, generally weakness in the body.

When I was 10, I had typhoid from which I recovered. But physically I wasnot very strong though I gained weight too later. My walking pace used to be little than anyother friend or family members of mine. I would get or catch cold and flu sooner than the others. I would have difficulty in getting up on knees without the help of my hands, though I was in my teen ages or in 20's.

I would be very happy if someone tells me exactly what is it all, especially the shooting up in the back of my head.
