Who can recommend me a book or any website where I can read about how many times a day or what potency to use. It is very confusing for me because I kind of understand the difference between the remedies but don't get why sometimes doctors tell you to take 6c or 30 c or 200c. Sometimes doctors tell you once a day, sometimes 3 times a day. What is the difference. Responses from anyone are apprechiated.allara on 2010-08-02

I kind of know myself since I was treated by different doctors in different countries and have some books too but I don't have clear understanding of course. Also, I was told that in case you took a wrong remedy once it will not create any future problems. Agree?

Do I understand correctly that in case I took a wrong remedy once in low potency it will not give me any harm?

In Homeopathy potency selection is that way a complex topic But to give you a rough idea
When disese has gone more to the tissue level eczema, Psoriasis I rely on low potency 6c etc
When it is at mental level anger anxiety panic attacks I choose higher 200 1M
Although as treatment proceeds lower potencies need upgradation & thereby reach 200 1M
Well there will be others who have their own theory
But this is what experience taught me.
