dr. kadwa !!! please help me!!!
Dear Sir,I really tired off with my problem.Here is my symptoms, Whenever I go for stooling ,after passing stool rectum protrude outside (a small part)and while stooling many times it requires strain to defecation.Also after stooling I gently push back that lump and it goes inside,but due to this I felt leak of foul smelling frequently while traveling by
Bus, Rick saw etc. and seldom on while sitting on chair.Stool is sometimes normal,sometimes harder and sometimes loose also.However I have never seen any blood in stool but few months before I have noticed some mucous in stool,but presently it is without any mucous and blood.
A month before I have taken aloepathic treatment for this problem and taken Colonoscopy in which the doctor only guide me that there is some white dots on the wall of a upper rectum which might me some bacterial infection and that is the cause of that foul smelling, excessive flatulence. However he taken it lightly about that anus/rectum protrude and given me some medicines which gives me some relief but it cannot help me to completely come out of this problem.So I stopped it after two months of treatments.
So here my main problem is that excessive flatulence (Which however I can not feel that I have even passed any gas as I normal passing gas and feels its sensations while passing , but somebody sitting around me and sometimes I also smell it as very foul smelling ) might be due to that swelling anus/rectum.
It is really very embarrassing situations while traveling and sitting with group of friends.
So please guide me is there any Homeopathic cure for this type of disease.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Sulphur 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,
It's been the second day
of taking Sulphur 200c as per your direction but still I could not found any improvements in reduction of involuntarily,odorous, excessive flatulence and also there is no any reduction seen in anal hemorrhoids (which might be the cause of that involuntary, odorous flatulence as due to this anal hemorrhoids the anal sphincter might not be properly shuts down which might result in that leakage or involuntary flatulence )
I have also notice that after taking each dose of that Sulphur 200c ,I feel light heaviness in my head for about 5 minutes then it's gone away but there is no any improvements in the main symptoms.
So please guide me that should I wait till 15 days as per your guidelines and observe if there is any improvements or we should try another remedy or another dose of Sulphur 200c.
Here I would like to tell you that in this forum sometime before dr.deoshlok sharma suggested me to try Ruta 6c three times in a day... continue for a month, So can we try it.
Please Sir, reply me as soon as possible as it is really very embarrassing situations for me especially while traveling by public transport (i.e. Bus, Auto Rick Saw).

So I apologize yours for not inform you about it to you before taking Nux Vomica 3c. But after taking it I am feeling some relief in flatulence and it's second day as of today since taking it.So I would like to know that should continue with it for a week or should I stop and watch it's thorough result. Also please let me know that if I stop it from now and wait till a week to it's result and if found there is not still complete relief then should I use higher potency of that Nux Vomica?

You can take Nux Vomica 3c for a week. Then you should review your remedy. Either you may continue with 3c if that helps or you may move to higher potency like 30c. It is better to have a gap of few days when you a take remedy in higher potency.
