Eye has been twitching none stop

My left eye has been twithching for 5 days now. Under the eye. Came on suddenly upon waking up in the morning. This has happened before but only for a day. Not often at all though. Any advice would be helpful. Katie

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
At one time table salt was "iodised" because normal diet was often short of Iodine .

Kelp is a source of iodine , and I sometimes take a tablet of Kelp , which you can get at most Health Food stores.

But the thing is that Iodium is suggested as a remedy for twitching of the lower eyelid.
I should try 6x daily for a week and see how it works out.

Thanks I will try that. I have also have had a sinus/and inside my entire nostril pain for about a year now. It starts inside my upper nostril only on one side(sides ulternate)then into my sinus and eye and that entire side of my fact too my jaw. It is terriable pain not trobbing. It is never on both side at the same time. Will last one day up until over a week none stop. I am suffering now for 4 days. Nothing over the counter for pain has even touched it. Any ideas what might help? I am chronic to colds and the flew and when I do get sick long time to heal from it. Oh, there is no discharge or runny nose with my issue here. Thanks Kay

Mag Phos 12x (actually, even 6x or 30 will do, if you have those available) in solution, - take it two hourly to start with, and decrease frequency as twitching gets better.
