I have Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur in both my foot.I am having this problem since past 1.5yrs and recently went for an x-ray where heel spur(calcaneal spurs) were confirmed , they are sharp .I get pointed pain on that specific area of spur while I stand for more than 15 mins OR walk for more than 20 mins even with MCR insole footwear / silicon heel cup. This problem has been really become chronic as icing/contrast bath /ultrasound/waxing has been of no help .Please suggest me Homeopathy medicine for dissolving the spur/calcium deposit related bone growth.
