I have a nearly 5 year old son that has recently been diagnosed as ADHD. He has a difficult time keeping his focus on anything. He is small for his age and is often found biting his nails and/or cracking his knuckles against his cheeks several times a day. He has a very intense personality and has been that way since birth. He has very little patience for anything. He also seems to have an extreme thirst and normally prefers to drink water over anything else.

Any ideas on a remedy for this child? Any other info you may need about him?
