Chronic thyroid/adrenal problem

Hello,
I am looking for help thyroid/adrenal issues.

I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 1995. I developed a goiter at that time, which responded well to synthroid. This was around the time I quit smoking and was graduating from grad school. I’ve tried various allopathic thyroid meds (eg, synthroid, naturethroid, etc) over the years; they benefit for a little while then I didn’t feel better and in some cases started to feel worse. Now, I can not take them as my hair will begin to fall out and I really don’t feel much better. I never believed that I was a true hypothyroid as there have been times when I was ok without any meds other than vitamins. I’ve gained 50 pounds, where 25 of them were in the last year. I’ve gained plenty of weight in the abdomen and across the stomach/diaphragm area. I was very athletic and thin most of my life until this thyroid/adrenal roller coaster. I’ve had a lot of stress due to work and moving around. Recently, I began looking at my adrenals instead and have responded favorably, but I am not well yet. I’ve been taking multivitamins, extra iron, stress b tabs, vitamin c, and a raw adrenal supplement. I also take a herbal adrenal support formula that contains Siberian ginseng, ashwaghanda, licorice & maca. These have all had a good effect. However, I am still not well. I still feel tired. Sometimes when I climb the stairs, I feel winded or muscle fatigue—other times I don’t. I am irritable and have a short tolerance for many things. Sometimes I am constipated. I prefer to be alone so not to be irritated by others, even though I have opportunities to go out with others. I at times have cravings for sweets but if I eat more veggie and protein, I don’t have much craving. If I eat too much salt, I swell…I usually eat a low sea salt diet. At times, I am hungry even though I’ve just eaten. At times, I get very thirsty even though I drank plenty of water. I drink negligible amounts of coffee, rarely if ever soda. I get bloated/gassy after eating most anything, but less so if I eat meat, fish, fowl, whole fruits & veggies. Half the time I have uninterrupted sleep, the other half it is shortened for unknown reasons and I’ll awake too early even if I’ve gone to bed late. I believe that this has a lot to do with my problems. Life is better with regular, quality sleep.
What homeopathic remedies can help me? Thank you!

Homeopathic constitutional therapy may help you.

Thank you Dr Saravanan. Can you please explain what constitutional therapy is?

You are welcome.
Homeopathic constitutional medicine is the individualized remedy which matches all your symptoms and suits your constitution(physical/mental makeup,personality/temperament).

OKay. What constitutional medicine do you think I should take?

Sandra7777 last decade
Constitutional remedy can be suggested only after a detailed case-taking, analysis and repertorization.

I am guessing that is not what can be done here. What is your suggestion on how that may be done? Thanks!
