Hi
i'm a lean thin person and was happy with my body. My stomach was flat always bt since last 3 months its size is increasing/bulging and i'm getting heavy acidity and suffering from indigestion. Whatever i eat i keep getting burp's even after 5hrs. I can feel all gases trapped in my stomach and back and neck. I get full body pains everyday. My bowel movements are fine. I'm getting pain my left chest above heart and no stomach pain whatsoever.
I want to get relieved by releasing all trapped gases from my stomach and backside thus making my stomach flat as before and regulating my digestion.
I eat home cooked food and drink black/green tea.

day 1
Please take Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 15
Please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum phos 6x
natrum sulph 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. | | |
