Dear doctor
I am having the following problems kindly help me soon:
1.very painful heel spur in both legs since 3 years.the pain is as if some iron nail or thicker thing has beenpierced in myheels.unfortunately i got injections of steroids in my both heels thrice,I also got treatment from physiotherapist.I also took homeopathic treatment to which my doctor prescribed me Heckla lava3x,ledum1000,for 15 days but still i have no relief.
2.I also suffer from chronic constipation since birth and now my age is 35.I cannot pass my stool easily ,I have to strain a lot due to which many times i avoid due to fear of pain and tiredness.I feel heaviness, swelling, laziness the whole day.But i still force myself to work resulting in weakness and pain in the whole body.
3.All my problems and sufferings are increased before,during and after3-4 days of my periods.My periods come early but scanty with lot of itching in my vaginal parts and sometimes I also feel flushes of heat from my ears.
4.I am also overweight having 8 kg extra weight due to which i think i suffer more from heel pain.
5.I have great craving for sweets which is harmful for my weight but sweets i think gives me relief by giving instant energy.
6.often i feel great muscular and nerve pain in my extremeties both lower and upper and also in lower back.this is since 11 years since i gave birth to my son.
It was normal delivery but could not take proper rest and care after the delivery.
7.I sweat very less and my sweat gives me feeling of burning and itching and it reacts with any kind of metal jewellery i wear which creates a certain type of allergy rashes which becomes intolerable often and i cant sleep even.

A few Questions
1) Why did you say that the injections you got in the heels were UNFORTUNATE?
2)You strain a lot during stools, how is ur condition that time (do u have 2 hold on 2 sum thing while straining)?
3) You avoid stools due to fear of pain & tiredness do you get tired after stools if yes pls tell to which extent you get tired(do you have to lie down after stools)?
$)When ur itching is worse how is your condition i mean to say ur energy level and temperament?

Thankyou Dr.yogesh for paying attention to my problems and the help offered by you by asking some more questions
1.i said the injections were unfortunate because earlier at that time i was not aware of the sideeffects of the steroids. however it hasn't made any difference in my pain.
2.yes i have to strain a lot some times i have to remove the thick and hard stool with my finger,otherwise it gets dried inside and creates more problem and pain
sometimes it starts bleeding also
3.yes i get tired a lot. i sweat a lot and sometimes lie down or sit with pillow support at my back.
4.at the time of itching i feel very uncomfortable and i desire the foremost to get relief from that or i cant concentrate on anything.

Maltisanjay,
Take Gelsemium 30 Single dose i.e 2-3 drops of dilution in 15-20 ml of water to be taken on empty stomach in the morning, only single dose wait for 2-3 days report after 2-3 days

Thanks a lot for your presciption .
sorry i was late to take medicine because as i stay in remote area it took some days to receive my medicine.
i took the medicine as told by you but as soon i took the medicine after few hours i started sneezing and later i had a bad cold and fever. is it a good sign? or should i stop the medicine? | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Maltisanjay,
Sneezing & running nose are the mechanism to throw out toxins from ur body let the disease flow out.
Please you have to bear the running nose, it will not last more than 3-5 days but after that you'll observe overall relief in your heels & other problems
Dont repeat the dose let the first dose act
Dont take any medicine(allopathic) for the sneezing & cold
The remedy is acting
