Is it possible to dissolve homeopathic remedy with TAP water?

Hello,

My homeopathic doctor is making for me a homeopathic remedy on every appointment - she is dissolving homeopathic remedy with TAP water in 30 ml glass bottle. Is it OK? Out tap water is very hard, and I am afraid that minerals and impurities in tap water can interfere with the homeopathic remedy . Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Tap water is fine as long as it is not chlorinated.

Glad to note that other Homeopaths too in India are also using the Wet dose method of prescribing a remedy.

I was the first to use it in Sri Lanka where I live i 2005 and it is now used nationally as it conserves the use of the original remedy which is hard to obtain here as there are government restrictions on the import of Homeopathic remedies. The Wet dose has also proved to be the most effective method of prescrbing any remedy.

I would not recommend tap water to be use indiscriminately without boiling to release the chlorine as the dosage of this chemical in the mains usually antidotes the remedy instantly.
