Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery scar tissue pain

My father had VATS surgery in February 2010 and still has severe pain. Spent two weeks in hospital in June 2010 for pain. Doctors found nothing wrong with him. They think it is scar tissue/adhesions putting pressure on his nerves. What homeopathic pills do you recommend for his severe pain. Currently taking 15mg morphine pills and still does not find complete relief from his pain on his surgery site. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hypericum 200c in the Wet dose is the standard remedy used that has helped many patients suffering from various problem which cause constant pain but I do not think that this remedy will be powerful enough to help him if he is taking Morphine 15mg.

Please give more details of his surgery and how the pain started to enable us to help him.

My 66 year old father had plueral lung scarring removed. He had a collapsed left lung due to plueral effusion fluid build up. The surgeon went in and removed a plueral peel that had formed around his left lung. He does not have cancer. All tests are negative. He's left with severe pain from his surgical site. Skin so sensitive you can't even touch the rib area. He also feels pain that leads to his left upper arm area.

It seems obvious to me that your dad's surgeon has messed up his case. I presume that he has washed his hands off by prescribing Morphine, the most powerful pain killer and left him to his own defenses.

Quite frankly I do not have the experience in Homeopathy to help your dad but I have submitted his case to a world renowned homeopath who is a close friend of mine who lives in Allahabad and I am awaiting his advice which I shall convey to you ASAP.

In the meanwhile I would advice you to use my default therapy Arnica 30c in the Wet dose which may help him:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle or 5 Pellets and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.
