Dr.Kadwa pl, help
female,21yr,58kg,1.52mtr,darkcomplexion,irritable,TSH/T4 normal.Sudden heavy menst. bleeding in 2004 before exam.Stopped by inj(proluton), then took primolutN tab.Since then amenorrhoea.Period starts on taking medicine( Orgamed + Yasmin/ginette35 )and stops on discontinuation of medicine.Last period before more than one year.Continued (Wind flower999/2 +N.Mur +J.Asoka)for 6months without any response.Presently no medicine for last 7 months.
Please help.

1. Describe your main suffering? Period stopped for more than one year.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? No important suffering. Occasional pain in left arm/knee.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Becomes fast irritating on difference in opinion .
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? No change
.5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
It started from 2004.Sudden heavy bleeding in 2004 during exam. Stopped by taking inj.(Proluton). Since then irregularities started. Period starts on taking medicine and stops on withdrawal of medicines...

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Not known.
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? Not known
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? Feel better in cold/dry weather.
10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc. -Moody, Arguing, Irritating.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? No fear
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? -Yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? Yes to all.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless weeping, talking to one self etc?- ---- talking to one self
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
keep contact only with selective friends. Good feelings for family members.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Cinema/stories on Ghost, tension on incomplete syllabus (may not be actual)
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? fast food/ sweets--favorite. Can not tolerate smell of fish(but can intake well fried fish)
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Normal
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?- Less
15. Is there any kind of food which your body cant stand?- Most of the fish curries.
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? More / Face.
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Normal /daily morning.
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? Normal(-sometimes with dreams). Straight with face upward.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? Yes
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all? Full of confidence on myself.

If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

one tablet of ayurvedic rajah pravartini vati in the morning and evening with 20 ml ashokarishta + 20 ml water.

All sorts of menstrual complaints can be cured by homoeopathy. I have seen Amenorrhea cured many times. It is not a difficult to resolve under the correctly prescribed medicine. It is simply a matter of finding the right one so do not despair :)

Thank you Dr Kadwa. Lachesis was started on 26th and it responded on 28th morning.The period last for 7 days.It was not too heavy or not too low.Please advise next.

Please don't take any remedy now. If you don't get your next periods within a month please report all your peculiar symptoms and mental state at that time for further suggestions. If Lachesis has worked this time it is quite likely that it will also work in future. But there is nothing wrong to report symptoms before further dosing.

In the last month(Feb) lachesis was taken after a 15 day gap of taking lyco as advised (instead of taking lachesis followed by lyco taken in the last month) but it did not respond properly( only a stain for one day noted). Please suggest next.
