A remedy that should help you is Arnica 30c in the Wet dose. Please follow the dosage indicated below.
It will help to filter your blood and rid it of the debris and cholesterol which most likely was the cause of your Brain Hemorrhage and resultant Paralysis and also your Bell';s Palsy.
You are advised to have a Lipid Profile test done ASAP to hold as the record now and you will take another in 3 months to verify how my Joepathy has helped you.
You can expect your Blood Pressure to go down and your Cholesterol and Tryglycerides will also follow.
You will stop all drugs and homeopathic remedies you are now taking when you start on my therapy.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.

Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose which you will take thrice daily for a month and twice daily thereafter for the rest of your life.

Since you have already taken Arnica 30 with no positive response you can increase the potency to 200c and take it twice daily as usual in the Wet dose.

As you are perhaps aware, Bell';s Palsy is a disease that cannot be fixed in a day. There is no quick fix for it and if you are looking for a quick result I do not think that there is any medicine in the world that can help.
A remedy that I have prescribed which has helped at least one patient is Arnica 200c in the Wet dose which you can take safely for a few months.
You can discard this advice if you still feel that it is not helping you.
Remember that drugs can make it much worse and can also more serious after effects on your body.
