This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pathology - fluid emerging from pores ; Reason for same - try and get a sensible answer from a pathologist!.

Homeopathy ; sweaty palms are one of the indications of the Psoric Miasm. Also an indicator for the remedy Psorinum .
If the sweaty feet are also smelly then that could be an indication for Silica.
If you have a distaste for confrontation , a sweet tooth , dry skin and feel the cold Psorinum may be of use .

Did you consider surgery. You can chat live with an operator. There's also a great video and presentation on hyperhidrosis.

Anyone who enters a homeopathic site should have more sense than to suggest surgery.

Thank u passkey for u response.
can u plz tell me -Is there no place for surgery in homoeopathy?if yes, then why?
of course a physician would try first in medicines and then would suggest for surgery in incurable ones.
but should a homoepath not go for surgery in patients?

Sergio, thank you for the reply. She hasnt had any previous diseases or illnesses, but from the time she born we noticed sweaty hands and feet. We have been to several different doctors and recently a dermatologist who recommended green tea & drysol, but was concerned the drysol might not be a good idea to use on her hands. she is average size 7 yr old at 46inches and 43 lbs. any thoughts would be much appreciated.
thank you

Dear Nilufer

Many nosodes can be take during pregnancy, but you are in your 7th month, I think you can wait a little more and do it after the birth. Many people have different reactions and sensibility to the remedies.
