headache, due to exam pressure / stress

I have headache for the last 2 days its is coming regularly becoz of stress and tention and for the last due to exam pressure and heat.
The eyes are tearing and nose effected.

The pain is on the Top and back some time on the Left eye side some time on right it is quite discomfortable for me.

I don't know the exact reason as the factor are to many.

1. Stomach Disturbed - Day one
2. Stress of Exam

3. Hot Weather May be becoz of heat. urge to vomit it gets fine now.

4. I need permant solution for this problem.
