Chronic Bleeding Piles

I am a 29 years old man suffering from chronic pilesfor a decade or so.

I don't know to what grade my haemorrhoids can be classified into. My haemorrhoids can be pushed in by my fingers, and thats the way I have been managing them. Hope this gives you an idea about the order of my haemmorrhoids.

I bleed profusely during my bowels, consulted many doctors but only to get temporarily relief. I feel very weak after that ritual.Kindly advise me some medicines which can take care of my piles permanently.
