yes can treat homoeopathically--but much depend on much organic change occur--to this point--this determine how much gain be made.
you find probable causation in vaccination.
when last vaccination?
when diagnos autism?
write freely child chatractersitics-this much needed to treat properly.

Hello, my son is also 4 years old
and has autism (supposedly...) but
we think it may be something else
as he is extremely imaginitive and
a people person - his most disturb-
ing symptoms right now are : hyper-
activity, obsessive-compulsive
behavior, and lack of balance and
coordination. If someone knows
homeopathic remedies for these

I would suggest No Gluten and No Dairy Products. (Do a search on Google for the connection between Autism and Gluten-Intolerance, Dairy Intolerance)
The Raw Food Diet is the best.

I cured my son with pycnogenol,fish oil,tonotil-n,vitamins and minerals,vitamin c,spirulin,virgin olive oil,yucca,apilarnil,garlic extract,lactobacillus and bifidus,l-carnosine.
For hiperactivity :passiflora,rooibos tea,echinacea.
Also cistein&gluten free diet.

I believe that Carcinocin is the remedy for most children with Autism (but not for all children). Please read this Psychology Today article and then consult a good CLASSICAL homeopath:
