Lactose In The Pellets/Tablets

Does Lactose contained in the homeopathic pellets/tablets produce mucus in the same way milk does? I'm not allergic to lactose or lactose intolerant per se but I suffer from chronic sinusitis and drinking milk makes me produce enormous amounts of mucus (that's why I drink only soy milk and eat no dairy products) I need to order some homeopathic medications from this site but I've just found out that their pellets contain Lactose. I prefer the pellets to the liquid form for more than one reason but I don't know whether to order the pellets or not because I'm afraid that the Lactose in them will aggravate my sinuses and mucus production. Someone told me that it shouldn't because the amount of Lactose in them is very small to have an affect. What do you think? Do you think it will have the same effect on mucus than milk or not? Thank you for your answer.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is better for you to use dilution instead of pellets.

It shouldn`t present any problems since pellets of 50 mg contain only 20% lactose, which is too small an amount to cause any problems, neither for diabetic patients.

What about with a severe milk/dairy allergy? Including with yogurt.
