This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
First take 6x for a few days then move on to 6c (from here on maximum three doses) after a week, then after a week try it in 30c potency. This must help. No need to go beyond 30c unless it's indicated clearly.

Krishna-

Not really. Medicines are for illness.
Weight loss is normally a need to
change the diet so that you take in
less calories then you burn off thru
correct diet and exercise.

You have to have correct diet and exercise- if you do have that right
and nothing is happening then you
look for other causes, like hormones,
thyroid etc.

Hi,

I have taken Natrum Muriaticum 30C for almost 3 weeks. I took it in liquid form (23% alcohol). The dosage I took was 5 drops in a water glass twice daily.
I felt improvement in bloating issue. Hair fall got better. My depression was gone big time and I don't get angry anymore on little things.
My periods were always profuse with lots of abdomen cramps and pain. Now after using the above remedy and dosage, I have got my periods 10 days earlier, Cramps and abdomen pain is still there.I am also experiencing noxious headaches.
Please suggest, should I discontinue the remedy or lower the dosage or potency? having my periods earlier, is it a side effect?
