Dr.JoeIm 30 male and for last 5 years,im facing jerking problems.When ever i take head bath using oil , i get severe uncomfortable feeling in back of my head and will start get jerking which will last for 2 weeks frequently.Now im not taking head bath itself but still get jerks frequently.I took ayurvedic treatment but symptoms got increased after taking head massage using Brahmi thailam.Now i discontinued it.
I took EEG but result was normal.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You indicated that your EEG report was normal but you seem to be convinced that you suffer from Epilepsy.
I would like to know the reason why you suspect that you suffer from Epilepsy merely because you:

I am convinced that you do NOT suffer from Epilepsy on the basis of the evidence that you have presented.
I can only try to help you by giving you some remedies I have used in the case of my patients in the past who have suffered from problems like yours which I believe is due to lack of a sufficient flow of blood to your brain as a result of which your brain may be giving the wrong signals to your limbs.
I shall start you off with Arnica 200 in the Wet dose which you will make precisely as instructed below:
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.
You will take a capful of the remedy water 3 times daily and report your response in a week.
You must drink at least 3 ltrs of liquids daily and abstain from any fatty food, coffee, sausages ham and bacon and alcohol. No smoking of course.

You will change over from tomorrow to the Split Dose which is made as follows:
Take a capful from the bottle and pour it into half cup of spring water.
Sip about 2 capfuls of the water from the cup instead of the Wet dose water which has helped you but to which you are sensitive.
Make a fresh Split dose twice daily and follow the same protocol.
Report your progress daily.

Thanks,i will follow your advice.1 hour back i got couple of jerks while i was going to sleep.But one difference i can notice this time,my limbs only moved but there was no tiredness inside brain.Also i got strange feeling inside my head couple of seconds before Jerk came which i felt like an indicator to jerk.

It would be useful if you would write down the history of your 'jerks' for purposes of record as often as possible to evaluate how my therapy aka 'Joepathy' is helping you. There is every possibility that you can be cured of your jerking which you state you have been suffering from for the last 5 years. Jerking dont occur daily.It occurs 2-3 times suddenly.I could say roughly 8-10 times per week.If jerking comes,it will be very uncomfortable inside my head.
After taking Arnica,i could feel a difference inside my head.Even if jerking comes ,tiredness is not there which is very big sign for improvement.After your treament i have got 5-6 times jerking.

Due to heavy work in office,i didnt sleep yesterday night.When i came to home today morning and started sleeping i got 7-8 jerks together.The strange fact which i noticed,when i lay with my head,body sidewards,i started getting jerks immediately.But when i lay straight,jerks were not there.Will laying sideways anyway change blood flow to brain?As sleep was not there,i felt some fizzy feeling in my head.

Your question is a difficult one to answer and frankly I do not know how I can do so as we are dealing with the unknown. You stated in your first post that your EEG was normal but that you suffer from Epilepsy. On this basis you will realize the quandary that I have in treating you. I am glad that I prescribed Arnica to you as I have vast experience with it in helping 2 patients who were over 80 years of age and had suffered from strokes to walk again.

Did you mean Arteries and Veins?
Arnica will help to improve your general condition by clearing up the debris and Cholesterol in your arteries and veins and will hopefully also stop your jerkiing problem shortly.

Is there any way,eye strains can be reduced.Im short sighted and wear glasses.

You can reduce the brightness of your screen to check if the lower light level helps your problem. Glonoine 200c in the Wet dose has helped patients who presented Headaches triggered by exposure to bright light but I am not happy to prescribe it to you as it may affect the present therapy you are using for your jerks.
On a Mac computer which I use it is possible to reverse the screen to a Black background when the text appears in white but I do not know if a PC screen can also be changed in this manner. You can ask your experts if this can be done as the lower light level on your screen may help you.

Yes you are cleared to use the 30c potency twice daily..
Go ahead and report progress weekly.
I am confident that you are now cured but you must take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose for LIFE twice daily. It is absolutely safe to do so in the Wet dose irrespective of what others may tell you.

I remember prescribing the Split Dose of Arnica 200c a few weeks ago.
Since you are now on Arnica 30c you do not have to use the Split dose as the Wet dose is more effective for you for use daily.
Do not mix the remedies right now as I would like to see how you fare with your 'jerks' on Arnica 30c Wet dose for some weeks.
Please refresh my mind about your need for Glonoine 200.

Glad to learn that your 'jerks' are OK.
Please note that it is essential that you take the Arnica 30c in the Wet dose daily for as long as you feel that it is doing you some good.
It is best to suffer the cough as I am concerned that any drugs or homeopathic remedies may set your jerks off again.
