Need help with perianal sinus/fistula

Hello everyone. I am new to this site and homeopathy in general.

I had a perianal abscess few months ago. I was operated on and it healed nice. But couple of months ago it turned out that now I have a perianal fistula or sinus actually. There is no communication with the rectum. I've got a small opening very near the anus, there is 3cm channel leading inside to 1x2cm pocket of pus.
I've got pus coming out if daily. I am supposed to undergo the surgery to cut it out. And I was searching the net for alternatives to surgery.
What I found is it seems that there is hope 'Myristica Sebifera'.
Am I right assuming it might help?

What would be dosage for such condition and in what form should it be used?

And if it is allowed to post where could I order this from considering I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I would really appreciate any help on this as I have few weeks until my surgery and I'd need to order this quickly to see if it can help.
