ana/lupus...help!!!!

Hi I'm a 29 year old female. My rheumatologist just told me that my lab results came back positive for ANA and negative for lupus. My cell blood count and all my other work came back in perfect condition. In all he said was a very healthy person, which I'm not suprised as I am a vegan that loves to take my grandma's remedies when I'm sick. I have some joint pain in my knees. He has prescribe me medication for lupus (because the only effect of lupus I have is the butterfly rash on my face) which I've taken for 1 day, I'm not exited in taking this lab engineered medicine for the rest of my life. I did some research and it brought me to your website. Please let me know what I can do to do this the healthy way and not the 'lab engineered' way. Your help is much appriciated....thank you!
