Starting homeopathic therapies - side effects?

Hello,

I have just started seeing a homeopathic doctor in South Asia, where I am being treated for persistent iron-deficiency anaemia, depression and potential autoimmune health issues.

I am currently taking 3 tablets of 'hypcme' a day (1+1+1) - I don't have any additional information on what this medicine is, nor if this is the correct name or not (I'm reading it off the side of the bottle).

I have mild arthralgias since starting the medicine two days ago in my hands and feet. Is it normal to experience symptoms - some of which I've dealt with before - when starting homeopathic therapy?

Thank you.

It is better to report such aggravations to your physician. He may change the remedy or dosing in the light of this information.
