toothache

my wife is suffering from toothache for last three days,she suffered acidity problem 4 days back and was given bry 30 by me,she is relieved of acidity had a good sllep and has become energetic and cheerful but this toothache is bothering her in her right lower jaw 5 th or 6th teeth the pain is not horrible but makes her sit quietly and starts after dinner at 10-11 pm magphos12x is helping but little,she had little col and aome sneezing next day after bry30 i think the catarrh has settled in the tooth doctors help?

would like to add some more info. she is 48 yrs. fair compexion,menses have stopped 3 yrs ago.

The information provided by you is not enough for selection of a medicine. How ever, empirically you can use

Belladonna Q in a cotton and keep on the affected teeth for a few days.
