habit of masturbation

i am a 35 year old male. i have habit of masturbation from the age of 20. i do it everyday.........usually once, rarely twice. i want to get rid of this. i am unmarried, has habit of seeing porns.
i have tried staphysagria 200 twice. reading this forum, i had tried it......i took 1 drop of staphy 200 . it stoped my habit for only 2 days. after 2/3 months, i took 1 drop again but this time it failled completely. please suggest accordingly.

Please stop viewing porns and take three doses of Bufo Rana 200c at a gap of 4 hours for a single day (not daily) and report back after 15 days. It is not possible to quit this habbit at any stage of life if one watches porns.
