Chronic Sinusitis/Headaches with TMJ/jaw pain involvement

I have been suffering with chronic sinus headaches/inflammation/pain for at least the last year and half. Would appreciate recommendation for remedy(s).
Looked into TMJ problems/dentally; seems exacerbated by sinus connections but otherwise OK per consult

Patient ID?valal Sex:F Age:53 Fair, light skinned (ie tend to burn vs. tan), weight 220lb, in process of losing at weight watchers.
Brunette, green eyes, stocky (obese)...straight up down or pear shaped. Always had heavier bottom than top

physical sufferings: Other than specific headache above (including worse on right side/jaw, radiates at times down to teeth/jawbone) and behind eyes mostly -- Arthritis/knee pain, feet and legs from knee down ache in recent evenings and yesterday late afternoon. Stiff in a.m. (knees), ie to go down stairs

Allergies might be adding to sinusitis. Pollen count high past week or two in New England/USA. Wear sleep apnea mask at night; sure this does not help, but go to bed with headaches, mostly have headache all day, from time I get up, to bedtime. Sometimes wake up w/headache, other times get it as I move around in a.m.

Extremely tired, including upon rising. Have had fatigue ongoing for large portion of my life.

mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Somewhat depressed over pain and inability to do what I want, move around and always have this pain and unendingly be able to get relief.
General personality:
Optomistic and 'up' with people/interactions at work. Enjoy family (husband), 2 kids (16, 23) at home, and 3 companion small dogs. Being at home is 'peace' to me, when I get to sit down uninterrupted, but feel familiy depends on me too much sometimes

What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
See above: Headache, pain worse at right jaw and many times behind eyes, radiates to ear(s) and sometimes down to jawbone/teeth. Also over eyes

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Beleive original sinus problems started a year and a half ago with onset of bad cold. Sinus congestion/inflammation never cleared

6. Which time of the day you are worst? a.m., morning, but pain ongoing all day unless I take Advil or decongestant over counter, which I dont like to do

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Better: Sleep. Lying down doesnt often help, but if do fall asleep, often wake up with releif (ie from afternoon nap)
Worse from bright lights, noise at times (ie coworker if has music loud), stress, demands from children,

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Cannot pinpoint, but am in menopause

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Generally like cool (or warm) spring/fall days with clear fresh air. Feels like I am more alive/content
Humidity bothers me overall in many ways. Wilts.

10. Describe your general mental I tend to be very restless, and do alot, multi-task, dont relax as much as I should (?) Am very agreeable with people and loving with family. Not moody, but get esasperated when family make constant demands and feel I need some 'down time'/quiet time

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Dont notice, but dont like gray/rainy days: depressing
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Like company, hugs, but also OK to be left on own with pain for quiet time
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Yes, like light (windows/sunshine) but sometimes eyes feel Too BRIGHT. Smells bothersome on medium/up level, esp'lly offensive smells
When headache worse/palpitating, noise is very offensive, makes worse

- Do you have any typical habitBite nails, sometimes speak outloud to self as go about daily routine

- How do you feel about

Love my hubby/kids, love being around them, tho sometimes demands get to me. Enjoy down time with them. Enjoy few quality true friends. Get along well w/coworkers, some enjoy more than others.

11. I worry about ill health and/or dying earlier than I should and leaving my kids 'on their own' (my aunt died of blood clot/stroke in mid 50's, I am very much like her in personality and overworking personality, doing for others vs. myself)
..not excessive worry by any means, but occassionally 'what if' and sadness that this might occur; what can I do to better my health

I dream about daily stuff Tend to dream about things that were unresolved or situations where I'm having difficulty of some sort

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave carbs/breads and chocolate; sweet tooth--if I had my choice of what to eat
Dont like alot of meat, but do eat some meat and enjoy
Tend to eat more poultry (and fish) than red meat as a rule. Enjoy veggies and fruits
There is not too much I dont like, but: anchovies, capers to name a few

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less to normal. Have to push to remember to drink more water. Tend to drink tea or coffee (trying not to do later; had bad habit for past several years)

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal-High to excessive. Better to eat often (snack)/smaller meals than 3 big meals. I like to eat, and have to moderate what I eat; easy to overeat as I enjoy foods

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Fairly normal. Undearm/Trunk areas.
I tend to get very hot when work/do activity; cool down slowly
Also, hot flashes have begun recently.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Usually daily, firm but not constipated as long as I eat reasonable amount of

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Generally sleep on back, with some side sleep, but head often aches when lie on left side, so have to switch best. Have had sleeping problems in past, but now I generally sleep 11-6 getting up once to use bathroom; mostly sleep through night; but never seem to wake up fully rested. If I can sleep in on weekend, I am so programmed to get up at 6:15-6:30 that I generally wake up between 6-7am. note: i have sleep apnea and use CPAP machine/mask

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
low sex drive, but yes.

Have used steroid Rx nasal spray because this is the only thing that seems to lessen sinus inflammation. Try to use as little as possible as flares up

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
kidney, some heart issues.

Growing up (teens thru 20's), I had tension headaches and alot of bladder (or kidney) infections.

THANK YOU for reading and assessing. I look forward to recommendations!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Sanguinaria 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
