heartburn & arnica

hello to all,
I have problem of heartburn. I talk to someone who practice homeopathy, he suggested to take arnica for that. But I didnt know the dose, i.e. 30c or 6x or 200c or so on. and unfortunately i am not able to contact him for a while now. so, i would like to know what dose should i try for arnica? let me tell you bit more abt my heartburn, when i eat hot & spicy food,or drink coffee,i feel heartburn, body ache, anxiety. so, please guide me regarding that.

Arnica alone will not cure your Heartburn aka GERD.

The main remedy to be used is Nat Phos 6x dose 2-3 tablets taken immediately after a meal twice daily.
