When a potency doesn't work?

I have read that, because the vital force is such a personal thing, that sometimes it can simply not respond to a certain potency, even if the remedy is correct. Therefore, the next 'best' potency isn't always the next 'highest' potency.

Does anyone have any experience with this or agree? The remedy that I know is right for me was really great during the 30c (using the split-dose method), but the 200c has done nothing. The only changes in my lifestyle have been using baking soda as a toothpaste and olive oil on food, so I don't think it's an 'antidote' issue?

Thank you for any advice you can share.
