gerd/ibs

Dear sir/madam,

I am a 20 year old male, tall, slim with fair skinned/complexion. My problems started in early teens due to anxiety, stress eventually OCD/phsycosis and progressivley worsened on a yearly basis. At the start(13) my sypmtoms were mainly heartburn related which got more and more frequent in the evenings. About 3 years ago my condition rapidly plummeted and was regularley being sick many times first thing in the morning and late evening which was diagnosed as acid reflux. At present i have overcome the physical vomiting through naral approaches but am still left with intense nausea first thing morning and evenings combined with poor appetite and depression. I have also not caught a virus in 3 years.I am better in cold weather and lying down with no noise. My state of mind is anxiety, fear, confusion, 'yo yoing' moods. I have very bad focus and motivation. I have very cold feet and foods richer in tast and flavor make my symptoms worse especially caffeine, chocolate and alcahol. My tongue is a greeny colour which decreases as the day goes on. I have tried a few homeopathic treatments in the past at low dose nux vomica which worked well for a couple days tongue turned white again and sulphur whicworked well for a couple of days. But did not seem strong enough. I burp a lot even when stomach is empty and cannot eat in morning. Thanks fo reading if you could get back to me would be good.

Hello again Dr Mahfooz i remembered that i took phosphurus not sulphar so started on sulphur 200c and been on it about a week. I have had a strong reaction i feel as my nausea and gas are subsiding. However i am getting increased saliva and spitting a lot because of this as swollowing causes nausea/gas. My appetite is also quite bad at present. I have acquired your reccomended remedy Abies Nigra 30c droplets and wanted to know if i can take the two alongside one another or what your thoughts are now regarding remedy(s)and the symptoms i am getting from sulphar? Thanks. J Keegan

Hello again Dr Mahfooz since i did not recieve a reply yo my previous question i went ahead and took the abies nigra along with sulphur and have experienced a dramatic change in my symptoms. My gas(burping) in particular has subsided by quite a lot. Also the nausea is more manageable and not as intense and not as much saliva/spitting. My stools are much more darker/pungent however and am still rushing to the loo in the morning. I would much appreciate you getting back tome this time on what to do now i.e. carry on with this or change, add remedy. Regards. J Keegan
