Bloated/Uncomfortable stomach

Alright,

I have a huuuge history.
I had Jaundice (Hepatitis-B) 3 years back. My stomach was very very bad for some 3 months then. And then I was completely cured of the virus. And nowadays, sometimes I get pain in the lower right side of stomach and lower left side of stomach with a bloated/uncomfortable feeling with the stomach. Also, am uneasy, have some belching and some amount of flatulence.

Also, I can feel the uneasiness, when I wake up in the morning (that bloated/disturbed stomach feel). Also, my urine is yellowish if I don't have a leak for some continuous 8 hours (like through the night). Otherwise, urine is fine (whitish). I'm kinda depressed with this situation. One of the doctors I went to diagnosed that I have GERD and gave me a tablet to take for 2 weeks. I was okay after that (for some time), but again I'm having small small instances of the same issue again.

A year back also, I had the same problem. I used to follow a strict diet (no oily/spicy foods and no coffee) and I was back to normal. Now again, this year the same issue has sprung up. Is this something seasonal? Again I'm trying to maintain a healthy diet.

I'm also feeling somehow I'm allergic to milk. I try to drink 'Ovaltine' twice a day, but maybe I must avoid it somehow.

Also, point to note here is that my eating habits are bad. I used to eat at odd-hours which might have stimulated this condition. I'm trying hard to change my habits but it doesn't change so easily. I sleep at 4am everyday and get up by around 11:30AM. Could this have resulted from such habits. I'm continually trying to change these.

I'm taking Bryonia with Pulsatilla (and that odd dosage of Mag Phos - for 2 weeks now). Eventually, maybe it'd go away. But I'm getting a feeling all this started only after I encountered (and eventually cleared) Hepatitis-B. Any ideas on this situation?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please type GERD into the Search box at the top of the home page of this forum to read the many cases that I have cured with:

Nat Phos 6x Dose 2-4 tablets after each of 2 meals and
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

Do not eat large meals as they can cause regurgitation of the gastric juice up to your throat.

Do not drink more than a sip of water after a meal. You may however drink all the water you want 1 hour prior or 2 hours after a meal. Drink up to 3 ltrs of water daily.
Do not go to bed for 2 hours after dinner.

Exercise is also essential to sweat it out.

Stop all other drugs and Homeo remedies you may be using today if you use the therapy above.

Report your response in a week.

Okay,

I was not sure if the doctors' diagnosis of GERD was spot on. That's why I posted this long thread with my history and accurate symptoms..

So, do the symptoms that I mention point towards GERD?

What kind of diet do I follow now?

Avoid milk, coffee, citrus-fruits, pepper & all oily-foods etc. ?

Can I have non-veg food occasionally?

I have presumed that your doctor's diagnosis is correct and prescribed the same therapy I have used to cure many hundreds, perhaps thousands of cases of GERD, which as you may be aware is not a simple ailment to cure.

You will have to use my therapy for a few days and report your response as this is the only way we can be certain that we are on the right track in curing your problem.

You are the best judge of what you should eat and what you should not. You do not have to deny yourself of any food unless you discover that it does not agree with you.

Report progress in 3 days after you start on my therapy.
