PCOS- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome
HiI have been diagnosed with fibroids on my ovaries. Due to this it was concluded by the the doctor that i have PCOS. I have severe acne which are cystic only sometimes also i have a lot of hairfall, more than 200 hairs per day. I am also overweight. I have been trying to lose weight but was informed by the doctor that it would be difficult to reduce weight due to PCOS. I have been prescribed with Brenda 35 to get acne and hairfall in control. I wanted to know if there are any homeopathic medicines which might be helpful for this. My main concerns are obesity, severe acne, acne scars and excessive facial hair and hair fall.

You have been diagnosed with PCOS which I am not qualified to treat but I can help your Acne and your Weight with the following remedies:
Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily will help your Acne. It is also recommended that you dampen the lesions with the remedy water on the tips of your fingers as this accelerates the cure.
If your Acne lesions are suppurating with yellow pustules you can also use Silicea 6x dose 2 tablets taken twice daily.
Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after every meal thrice daily will reduce your weight by up to 1kg per week. This is the record of people who have actually reported it but in your case, it may or may not apply as your weight gain is hormonal due to PCOS.
