Attention Defeicit, Weakness,

Kindly Help me with the following.
I am 43years old from Punjab.
1)I am unable to stay focus
I am always having some kind of internal discomfort which does not let me finish any thing I have started either its helping my child with home work or doing home study or talking about some issue with my wife about somthing important at home. Once I am unable to pay attention I get upset and start talking with loud voice with my wife and when out side of home I withdraw form any task with holding my anger and resentment and feel very bad later.
I have major problems making decisions. I make decisions very fast and later regrat on that decision.

2)With all this I feel drained/tired with no energy left in me, shortness of breath. I loose my interest in anything very fast. which contrubute to lost interest in Sex and during sex I cant keep up.
or finish very very quick. which wasnt the case A year back.
I also seen the reduction in size of my penis.

3)I am unable to breath correctly and I loose my breath very soon. Recetly I have checked my Lungs with Blow Meter Which recorded loss of 30% strength then normal required.

4)Recently I noticed I was on flight for four hrs and by the time I was home I had swelling in my right knee
for which doctor gave me antiflamtory tablets which lasted with the tablet and I still have swelling returning every now and then and I dont feel my knee as strong as I use to.

5)Somtimes I have headachs in the middle of the day with out any reason and some time when I have not taken food causes the headach.

6)I have normal bowl movements but some times I go to toilet due to pressure of my work related issues which causes bowlmovment and if i am happy due to some reason I get no bowlmovment and I get stuck.

7)I suffer with Lower Back Pain due to compression injury Due to truma.

8) I suffer with Hartburns with acid refulx also.

9) I get tired very soon.

10) I also have Skin condition with white spot of dendruff for which doctor gave me Selinum Sulfide Shampoo and as long as I use this I am ok but If I leave this shampoo for One to two weeks The white spots of dandruff returns and goes to same condition all over again. This is spread
alacross my chest neck and Back.

11) My normal diet is
BREAK FAS: Egg, Yogurt, Bread
LUNCH/DINNER: Dal, Rice, goat meat, fish, vegetable of the season and fruits of the season.

Note: Most of the time I skip lunch or eat very late!
