How much Ignatia to take due to grief and post traumatic stress

I lost my husband unexpectedly and suddenly 5 months ago. I have been going through the grieving process but also have post traumatic stress symptoms due to the circumstances of his passing. I haven't been taking any pills except sleeping pills which I weaned myself off of two weeks ago.
Today I was compelled to go into the health store and ended up at the Homeopathic ssection. I found Ignatia and bought it hoping it might help but I realized I don't know how much to take. It's in pill form.
Any advice would be really appreciated and anything else that might help.

Cheers,
Bre

Ignatia is generally taken when there is a sudden loss and the patient is not able to come at terms with the reality. There is no role of Ignatia if the patient has accepted the loss and she can cope with the reality.

Ignatia may also be taken when there are bouts of depression and loneliness due to the loss. One dose of Ignatia 1M (not daily, only once) may be taken when there comes such depression. It should not be taken as a routine medication.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
