two year old child has cough and cold
my two year old son who is an active and happy child has caught cold( about 2-3 days ago) with a runny rose the nasal discharge has now turned yellow with specs of blood sometimes.he has no fever and is active as usual.he has a play mate who often has a runny nose and my son unfortunately insists on drinking water from his bottle.his appetite has gone down for a week now.he has also started coughing.he is having difficulty while drinking from a bottle.please hep me with a remedy

day 1
three doses of Pulsatilla 30c at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 5
2 pellets of Ferrum Phos 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.

dear Dr kadwa,
my son's nasal discharge has reduced but he has started coughing especially in his sleep and thus becomes restless.after a while he settles down and there is no further coughing. also,there is definite congestion in his chest.i may also add that he likes the open air and outdoors and loves to play with water. he is supposed to start with the ferrum phos from today.will i go ahead with that or you have further suggestions.

Please go ahead with ferrum phos. Please give him puls in the earlier manner after 3-4 days if needed. Please don't give him Ferrum Phos on the day you give him puls.
