Narrowing of vein

Doctors said, one or two vein that supply blood in testes became narrow, or arteries are blocked. So testis do not get blood and became atrophy.Any scope of homeopathic medicines? I heard that vipera-30 or vanadium-30 are indicated.
Pls suggest me.

For your quick response.I forgot to tell this happened one year after mumps orchitis of both testis. Do clematis erecta-30 will increase blood supply and if any bolck this will claer the block
